Please do not buy from here, this place is a puppy farm. Breeders are mostly from Wales and Ireland.
Go to a recommended breeder, it will save you money in the long run.
It might seem attractive with the low prices of pets, but you really need to think twice about buying a dog from here.
The staff are helpful but won't give you honest advice.
The shop which is located onsite is expensive and the boarding kennels are horrific.

we bought a cavalier king charles from here, she was very subdued and would not socialise with any other humans other than the family she lived with. she had numerous ailments which included the habit if scratching her head all the time ,which was on the programme on tv where the dogs were interbred. my dog died last week of liver failure, i must say she was adorable and had a very pretty face BUT we will never buy from this place again they afe of a puppy farm in wales so i have been informed.

For the people complaining about hip and elbow problems you have bought breeds that are well known for having these problems so maybe you should have done your home work about those breeds befopre falling in love with the cute puppy.
I have bought 2 Basset hounds from Dogs R Us and yes one of them has ear problems and one of them has a joint problem however these are very very common in bassets which i knew before i even went near Dogs R Us.
Stop looking for someone to blame and get on with caring for your animal!

We bought our 13 month old Golden Retriever from Dogs R Us when he was 9 weeks old. At 8 months we found out he had elbow and hip dysplasia and his parents hadn't had any click tests. After calling Dogs R Us to enquire about any parenting information that would help provide our dog with a more comfortable life we were told he was out of his 'guarantee' period and there was nothing they would do and we should have thought of this before we took him home - as we were new dog owners we assumed thes (more...)
