For God's sake sit at the counter and select Roy Orbison's Indian Love song aka Indian Wedding, last time I was in it cost 20p. Instantly the sound of new year's eve parties at Brown's house flood into my head. The burgers do not come with chips, so factor that into the cost. Chips are big but the ketchup is frankly weird and the mustard as timid as a virgin at a rodeo. Why not just go to burgerking? I'll tell you my friend. That's what that one would do. The milkshakes are fantastic (especially peanut butter and banana!), and give you a pick-me-up to help you carry on with your shopping. The food is also great but a bit on the expensive side for average burgers and fries. Usually it's packed so it's best to grab a milkshake and go; for some reason you get a lot less in the takeaway milkshake though (for the same price..) A 1950's themed diner in the heart of the London. The best thing about this place are the milkshakes! They are so delicious! The diner is very small and can be cramped and noisy but it is great for a quick novelty meal. Good value for money too.

I've been to my fair share of authentic diners in California and although Ed's doesn't really match up on "all american service", the burgers are great and the atmosphere spot on. I was very tempted to try the "oreo cookie milkshake", but i managed to hold back. Man, i should have tried that milkshake! The burgers are very tasty (and pretty cheap too) and it was great see heinz ketchup and French's American mustard perched on the counter ready to be squirted over my chips and burger.
