This is quiet a big Lloyds TSB branch with cash machines both outside and just inside the entrance so the queues for these are not normally long.
When I go in there is always a queue for the customer services and the cashier desks. They now have a ticket system for the customer service where you take a ticket with a number on and they call your number when it is your turn.
Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. I have been given some information one day and told I was given the wrong information the next time.

A good sizes branch of Lloyds TSB with all the services, plenty of counters and desks you can get information at/change details etc. They even have a triple cashpoint lobby inside which is available 24 hours a day. Sometimes very useful.
There can be queues inside especially at lunchtimes but they go through customers pretty quickly and have always been helpful when I've been in there!
