Amongst the clown pendants and other chav paraphernalia, there are actually some good products at Half Price Jewellers if you're looking for something in particular.
Plain studs, necklaces and bracelets are all reasonably priced and I've never bought anything as gold and found it wasn't... as I have in some other budget jewellery shops.
They've got an extensive range so if you're just looking for cheap everyday jewellery that you don't mind losing, HPJ is fine.
