I have rented my house from these guys for four and a half years now and I can't really fault them.
If there is ever a problem they sort it out quickly and efficiently, they have a great back up team for maintenance and repairs, and on top of all that they are a friendly little team as well.
They did a really thorough inventory when I moved in and they do inspections every three months, they give me copies of everything so I have no fears of any hidden problems when I eventually move out. (more...)
