I regularly return to Akbar's Restaurant, Bradford, a thriving busy place and am pleased by the mix of people that is in their customer base. You are quickly served once you are at the table and your food is brought to your table by a chef. I find the atmosphere engaging and you can bring your whole family. On special occasions they give you a cake as well as a song. I have eaten at may restaurants but Akbars has that special something that makes me return again and again.

I found this resturant to be very good value. In particular the kebabs and the masala fish was very good. The staff were very polite. Also it was close to bradford temple (just opposite) where you could park your car. A very enjoyable experience.

Delicious indian food - very tasty nosh in a good bustling atmosphere. This restaurant is always busy at weekends, you are best to book ahead and make sure you can get a table. There are sitting times but they vary.
Staff are all friendly and happy, and know the menu very well. I recommend the fish karahi and a huge family naan, which comes to the table speared on a metal tree. My husband always has the chicken jalfrezi which he enjoys.
Nice new modern decor and lovely swish toilets, which are upstairs.

Really nice restaurant. The food is delicious and can be made to your own taste. Does get very busy though, especially at weekend, but that doesnt affect the great service you will receive.
Clean, lovely place, i would eat here every night if i could afford it!
