If you are like i felt (knew i had to address something but kept putting it off) then all i can say is go for it!! I'm not a needy person and have never used a counsellor before but it is the best thing i have done in a while! I opted for the programme (can pay for the single sessions at £65 a pop) as it worked out really cost effective, £250 one off payment and i could book as many sessions as i felt i needed for how ever long a period i wanted! Great service, great therapists, great results ;)

Simply brilliant!! I went to them thinking i was in some way stuck in a dark place with no sign of it getting any brighter, they took me out of that place and placed me back of life’s tracks again, learnt so much about myself and how to control my previously intense emotions! I can recommend and i regularly do, warm, friendly and an inspiration!! Thanks guys!!
