Would certainly NOT recommend Paul. He moved house for me at the end of March and I found him and his colleague to be very careless and noncholant about any damage. They damaged my expensive wardrobe and scratched the front door with my sofa - only to then tell me that it just needed a polish as Paul licked his fingers and rubbed the scratches to try and demonstrate that they weren't very deep. I don't think they would've been honest and told me they'd done it if I hadn't been witness to it.It's (more...)transitman

one of the friendliest places i have lived. So much to do, classes, evenings out and shopping. great job prospects due to the M4 corridor. 20 mins from london and lovely countryside drives next to the Thames. I love living here and moved here from the North a couple of years ago.

Quite how Reading hasn't got city status yet I don't know. It has a great town centre with 2 big shopping centres and loads more shops besides. There are plenty of places for you t go out to eat and it has a lively nightlife. There is a busy and popular University and it has fantastic raillinks to the rest of the country.
