Being 11 years in London, and having dealt with many organizations/companies and public services, Get-Licensed sets a new low for customer service. Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with and no-one in the company knows what is going on. My exam got cancelled 3 times. And the correspondence from them was a joke. There are much better training providers out there. Do you research and stay away from this company. So many people I spoke to were appalled by Get-licensed.

Never thought that as a female I would enjoy a security training - But seriously was proved wrong last week. Very Informative and enjoyable training, I don't even know how and when the four days ended. Already recommended my friends to book a course and got it discounted too :D

can anybody from get licensed please contact me regarding correspondence of 29th aug 2012? yazied hendricks was dealing with my matter but i can't seem to get hold of him . last iheard was from sep 2012 and he was waitng for a response from the training providers in manchester . it was a gesture of good will that i was being put on the door supervisor course free of charge due to getting my exam results about 4 month later! can somebody please contact mr hendricks for me or can somebody else from the company please contact me .kind regards.

VERY GOOD TRAINING PROVIDER AT LONDON HAYES AND SOUTHALL , TRAINER WAS EXCELLENT AND MADE THE TRAINING FUN CANNOT PRAISE THIS TRAINING PROVIDER ENOUGH.I WOULD LIKE TO THANK ALL THE GUYS DOWN AT THE TRAINING CENTRE IN SOUTHALL ON THE TRAINING YOU HAVE GIVEN ME. (more...)JohnHusher

Had a good experience with Get Licensed. Got what I expected and was good value for money. Some of the negative reviews look like guys who didn't pass their exams getting p!ssed off and blaming the trainer. Nothing wrong with the training and the exams are challenging but easily passable if you know what you're doing. Would definitely recommend Get Licensed.
