This is a small branch but the staff are very good, and considering its hardly ever been taht busy when Ive been there thats a big bonus. no long waiting in queues

The best thing about this branch of hsbc is that it's never that busy. The worst thing is that there aren't always enough staff to deal with the small number of clients.
I went to open a savings account the other day, and was lead up some back stairs which looked a little like a mafia den. Very odd. However, when I got in, the guy was very helpful and quick. I just hope my money's still there when I next check!

The service in this bank is really good. I have been to a lot of HSBC's to get some things done and most banks will tell me you can't do this here or use telephone banking or something. This branch is different, whenever I have something that needs to be done they will help me with it. Someone is always there to lend you a helping hand. Its great! Now, I go to this branch for my banking needs. Its even open on on weekends unlike a lot of other branches. They have people that will help you if you (more...)
