If you're like me, you may well have sudden eratic urges to go on an excercise regime, which predictably dies down after a short few weeks. It was during such a period, that I decided to dust off my old bike that had been lurking in my boyfriend's attic for some years, but to my dismay discovered it was in a pretty sorry sight...
